After a lot of reading, we have come to believe that in the 21st century, western world (and those who have adopted its foods), the most significant key to improved health is an improved (changed) diet.
This is not easy. We are working against a society that labels food “good” that are not, constantly pushing them. Plus these foods have been designed to invoke powerful hormonal forces that reinforce our craving.
Yet, we have found that a return to real food that nourishes health can be done and be enjoyed.
